If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a stock hardware, please notify us within 5 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned in the original box, in an unused condition we will exchange it, or offer you a refund, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. (all shipping fees are nonrefundable) All products must include any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. A restocking fee may apply.
Printed graphics are non-refundable due to its custom nature with the media and labor required to produce. However, the stock hardware portion of the display can be returned for a refund. Please call for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the hardware portion is returned in the original box, in unused condition we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. (all shipping fees are nonrefundable) All products must include any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Once a custom order has started production it can not be cancelled. Custom merchandise is produced specifically for the customer and is not returnable. They are under warranty however any modification of our products will void the warranty.
If your order is incorrect or damaged in the initial shipping from us, to its original destination, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, and at our discretion we will make the proper corrections for you.
www.displayshopusa.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.displayshopusa.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. When placing an order with Display Shop USA the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability, and return and refund policies. Lightbox Shop's limit of liability is the purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. The customer agrees to hold Display Shop USA harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. Lightbox Shop does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. Lightbox Shop is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Lightbox Shop's control. A stand or banner may be either refunded or repaired at Lightbox Shop's discretion if it is within the return policy time frame.
In no event shall www.displayshopusa.com's liability to Customer's for any claims under this Agreement exceed the amount paid by Customer to www.lightboxshop.com during the three (3) months preceding the occurrence of the event's giving rise to Customer's claim.
When it comes to shipping delays we follow UPS rules and Exclusions. We are unable to refund any delays due to the following below: Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control including, but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the Shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, the authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the Shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil, unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, UPS’s transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.
– International Shipments for which the customer is responsible as the payer of any applicable duties and taxes and Delivery is delayed until payment arrangements are made. WSDisplay is not responsible for any taxes nor broker fees imposed by the Canadian government or any other foreign Entity for the Dropship of our products. It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all duty/ taxes and broker fees associated with the shipment to the country of destination.
Also, if a customer requests an address change while the package is in transit - at no fault of Display Shop USA - then there will be a fee added at the time of the request.
In the event that a www.displayshopusa.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.displayshopusa.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.displayshopusa.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.displayshopusa.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
You the "customer" and provider of the artwork, warrants that the subject matter to be produced is not copyrighted or © ® TM or SM by a third party without prior authorization to reproduce it from its owners. The customer also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright or © ® TM or SM notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold us, the service provider, harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright or © ® TM or SM infringement involving the work produced or provided with or without the © ® TM or SM symbols present.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by www.displayshopusa.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

We do not typically sign signature requests for 3rd party agreements, or any type of indemnification agreements anytime before, or during the order process, including during production, in which customers will be responsible for any and all portions of your order that is already in production depending on order status.
