Design Software: We recommend designing your artwork in Illustrator for the best results. Be sure to outline your fonts and embed images or submit them with files. Photos can be optimized in any photo editor, set files to 100-125dpi at full size. Save and submit files as PDF's.

Color:  Convert files to CMYK if you can to avoid color shifting. The CMYK color gamut has a different color range then RGB colors.

  • Matching: Critical colors can be matched by specifying PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors, a small fee may apply. The artwork needs to be in an editable format, colors in flat files such as png, jpg or tiff can not be matched.
  • Black: For rich black set files to CMYK value 0% cyan, 0% magenta, 0% yellow and 100% black
