Indoor vinyl banners provide a smooth print surface that remains flat when exhibiting. The material is a 15 oz thick white matte vinyl with a grey block-out backer. The edges stay flat and resist curling over time. The Inks are UV cured and fade resistant. Smooth vinyl is a good choice for all your trade show banner stands such as retractable banners, telescopic banners, trade show backdrops, and custom banners. Best for indoor use since the vinyl is not reinforced however the vinyl and inks are waterproof.
Banner fabric is a 6.19 oz satin weave material with a satiny finish printed dye sublimated. Fabric banners are a great alternative to vinyl. Fabric is not opaque. Best for use with retractable banner stands, trade show banners and custom banners. The material is thin and smooth for easy retracting and pull-up banner action. Recommended for indoor use.
Oxford Cloth is an 8oz canvas recyclable fabric with a matte finish look that eliminates glare. The Oxford fabric is printed dye sublimation with deep saturation. Best for truss systems, drapes, exhibit booths & custom banners. Recommended for indoor use.
Melanex is an 11 oz poly material with photo-quality printing. Poly film is best for retractable and telescopic banner stands when superior print quality is needed. Melanex banner material holds its shape and resists curl. Do not bend or dent. Recommended for indoor use only.
Backlit fabric is a 7 oz tight weave material that allows just enough light to pass through. The finished look is semi-gloss when not lit and vibrant when illuminated printed dye sublimation. Best for use with backlit signs, fabric light box displays and illuminated exhibits. Finished with your choice of hem, grommets, pole pockets, velcro or SEG beading. Recommended for indoor use.
Stretch fabric banners have a soft look with bright colors. The material is an 8 oz100% polyester tight-knit fabric with just enough stretch to remove wrinkles while minimizing distortion of graphic design elements. Printed full-color dye sublimation direct-to-fabric for vibrant no-fade colors. Best for use with popup displays, ez tube displays, modular displays, hanging banners, table throws and custom displays.
Block-out material is an opaque material used to block light. Blockout is not printed. Blockout can be used between banners, sewn to the backs of banners and used for lightbox signs to keep the light contained.
PVC is a 20 mil semi-rigid poly media. PVC banners have a smooth print surface with bright colors and a slight sheen. Best for lightboxes, pop-up displays and trade show truss systems. Printed with UV cured inks up to 60" wide.
Laminate is a 22 mil semi-rigid polycarbonate. Poly banners have a smooth print surface with a matte finish. Best for pop-up displays and custom print projects Printed with digital inkjet, cold press lamination.
Flags are printed on a 4-5oz sheer fabric mesh material with dye sublimation. The material has a bleed-through of approximately 90% allowing the message to be viewed from the backside, reads in reverse. For double-sided flags, we stitch Blockout media between the two flag banners so the message reads correctly. The sheer fabric allows air to pass through prolonging the life of the flag, single-sided outlasts double-sided.
Canopy tents are printed on canvas material with dye sublimation. Canvas is heavy-duty and water-resistant with a matte finish. Canopies are printed in full color on one side the inside remains white. Back and side banners can be printed single or double-sided.
The scrim vinyl is a durable reinforced banner media used for outdoor banners. Scrim banners are reinforced flexible vinyl used in a wide variety of outdoor banner applications. Scrim vinyl banners are hemmed with grommets or pole pockets and can be hung on buildings, fences, across roadways, and used in banner and sign frames. Mesh vinyl is a poly banner media with a wide space mesh that allows airflow for high wind areas. From a distance, the spaces become invisible making it a perfect option for fences, across roadways, pole banners and outdoor banner stands.
